It is with deep sadness that we share the news of Rotarian Frank Morrell's passing.  Frank joined Rotary in 1970 and is a Paul Harris Fellow 3.  Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, Maxine and other family members at this very sad and difficult time. Please see below for more details on visitation and funeral arrangements.

A Chartered Accountant, Frank was an employee of Revenue Canada and then long time treasurer of the City of Belleville from 1969 - 1996. He was a champion lawn bowler; an avid curler and former president of the Quinte C.C; an original owner and member of Trillium Wood Golf Club. Long-time member of the Rotary Club and member of 418 Wing. Frank enjoyed good times at the Sandbanks cottage which he shared with family and friends. Also memorable were motor trips to both coasts of Canada and the U.S.A. for golf and touring as well as many CRUISES. Father of the late Tony Morrell; Amanda Morrell of Victoria, B.C.; Rosanne Morrell of New Haven Connecticut; Donald McCallum of Hinton, AB; Colleen (Mike) Knowles, and Darcy (Marla) McCallum of Belleville. Dear brother of Sr. Kathleen Morrell, S.P. of Kingston, ON and Lenore (John) Sheppard of Toronto, ON. Kind patient Grandpa to Amanda, Kelsey, Naia, Lovena, Jody, Carissa, Nathan, Danielle and grandson Marcel. Proud of 13 GREAT-GRANDS. Until we meet again Maxine.
