Canada Day Event-West Zwick's - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Dear Rotary Members,
We are looking for volunteers again this year to assist with the parking for the Canada Day event at West Zwicks, details below.
Rotary has committed to 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm shift on Tuesday, July 1st and we will accept any time commitment you can make during this time. Please email kim@countyliving.ca with your preference.
Last year we had about 20 volunteers and hoping we can do the same this year as it is a fun event, great camaraderie and a good fundraiser for Rotary.
For those that can, please meet at 4:00 pm at West Zwicks, turn right as soon as you turn into West Zwicks Park, volunteer parking is along grassy areas on the south side of the soccer field.
Attached is a self-explanatory summary of the Parking from the City of Belleville. Most importantly, dress according to weather conditions, bring water, sunscreen, bug spray and flashlights.
I have the Rotary Vests and the festival will provide money aprons and volunteers badges, etc. I will set up the Rotary tent and also be bringing extra water, a cooler, a few lawn chairs, and change for anyone collecting money.
Anyone showing up for a later shift, you will see us as you turn right into West Zwicks.
We will be tight for volunteers, so counting on everyone and feel free to bring a friend, spouse, partner, etc.
